-For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair products are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges:

-If you wish to exchange your unopened FNLL Hair for another color please email us @orders@klikhair.com within 7 days of purchase to initiate the exchange process.

Please include your order number. 

Eligibility for returns:

-Unopened and unused hair is eligible for return. 

-Please email us orders@fnlonglocks.com please include your order number.

Return must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.

Return Shipping:

-The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, unless the return is due to error on our part. 

-We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
